HOLIDAY HOME CHANGEOVERS
A thorough clean and presentation for the next set of guests. Routine checks such as; testing smoke alarms & checking appliances.

• 2 bed, 1 bath=£55.00

• 2 bed, 2 bath=£60.00

• 3 bed, 1 bath=£65.00

• 3 bed, 2 bath= £75.00

• Glamping Pods (1 bed/ 1 bath)= £30.00

For annual/enhanced cleans:
 

• 1 bed, 1 bath=£60.00

• 2 bed, 1 bath=£75.00

• 2 bed, 2 bath=£90.00

• 3 bed, 1 bath=£105.00

• 3 bed, 2 bath=£120.00

• Glamping Pods (1 bed/ 1 bath)= £45.00

DOMESTIC CLEANS
Sanitising services, Dusting/Polishing, Hoovering & Steam Mopping.

£15.00/hour* with a minimum charge of 1.5 hours. This price is inclusive of all products and equipment we provide.

ENHANCED CLEANS
Everything a Domestic Clean provides but an extra deep clean of your home from top to bottom! including inside of windows and PVC, wood works- ideal for End of Tenancy cleans.

£20.00/hour with a minimum charge of 3 hours. This price is inclusive of all products and equipment we provide.

CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANS
Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning:
Carpets; Includes a deep hoover, stains removed (or faded if stains are heavy) & carpet shampoo/deodorise.

Upholstery & Mattresses;
Includes a deep hoover, stains removed (or faded if stains are heavy) & fabric condition/deodorise. (fabric upholstery only)
1 Seater (Chair / Swivels),2 Seater, 3 Seater,4 Seater /L Shape

HARD FLOOR CLEANS
Includes most hard floor surfaces, tiles/wood/vinyl. Services includes deep hoover, stains removed (or faded if stains are heavy) & refresher/deodorise.

* first time cleans are charged at £20.00/per hour

Mileage is calculated from postcode provided in cleaning service agreement. If you are within 5 miles of this area mileage is free. Any travel over 5 miles will be charged at 45p per mile (first 5 miles will be free).

A monthly invoice will be provided on the last Monday of every month. All invoices will have a payment due date of  7 days after issue. Overdue invoices will result in a late payment fee of £10.00 to cover administration. If overdue invoices remain unpaid all services will pause until resolved.
